Blonde style from Belgium, beautiful fruit on the palate finishing clean and crisp. La chouffe is an unfiltered blond beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and with a light hop taste.

Bellerose Blonde is characterised by particularly intense hopping: a unique cocktail of 3 hops is used while the beer is simmering and a generous amount of raw hops are added towards the end of the brewing process. Bellerose is a sensual and delicate beer which has a fine aroma of litchis and citrus fruits which beautifully complements the combined flavours of the IPA style and the traditional “bières de Garde” from northern France. Finally, an ABV of 6.5% gives Bellerose its fine structure.

Duvel is a natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavour and a distinctive hop character. The unique brewing process, which takes about 90 days, guarantees a pure character, delicate effervescence and a pleasant sweet taste of alcohol.

Duvel’s brewers do not simply add a third hop variety when creating the Tripel Hop, they also apply a special process of dry-hopping. In this case, besides adding the usual hops during the cooking process, extra hop cones are added at a later stage in the brewery process (during the lagering process). This intensifies and refines the hop aromas in the finished beer. The aromatic third hop is grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington and enriches the flavor palate with fresh hints of grapefruit and tropical fruit.

ABV: 8.4% Style: Amber Ale
Kwak is recognisable by its deep bright amber colour and a dense, creamy coloured head. The pale wood of the glass holder makes a pleasant contrast with the beer. You will smell a mellow, fruity and malty aroma with a slightly spicy character (coriander, hops). Additional earthy and very subtle aromas of banana and perhaps also a whiff of pineapple or mango in the background. Discover a very mellow, fruity attack, a nougat-like solidity, and a slightly spicy character with hints of liquorice passing into a warm finish that reminds you of caramelised banana. The bitterness always remains in the background but in the end emerges delicately.
