A dish many had while growing up & showcasing flavours from the south of France in winter, best served with warm crunchy baguette and some wine. This is an absolutely delicious meal.
Ingredients: Lentils, mushrooms, white wine, carrot, onion, garlic, leek, Thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, salt n pepper.
